Want to be a volunteer or be a chaperone on a field trip?

In order to be a regular volunteer AND/OR be a chaperone on a school-sponsored field trip, you MUST obtain all clearances, fill out the required paperwork, and have a TB test conducted and then submit them together to the Elementary Office.
