You may send your First Hearing of Visitor Comments (if the comment is about an item on the agenda) or Second Hearing of Visitor Comments (if the comment is about anything else) to email@example.com. Comments must be submitted by the Second Hearing of Visitors portion of the meeting. Please be sure to include your name. Comments relative to private student matters or personnel issues should be directed to the appropriate school authority outside of this meeting.
