Employment Applications

Below you will find a standard PA teacher application and our supplemental staff application. The standard PA teacher application should be filled out for any teacher that is applying for an open professional teaching position or a substitute teaching position. The supplemental staff application should be filled out for all other open positions, including non-professional substitute positions (ex: paraprofessional, clerical, etc.). If you are unable to print the application below, please pick up an application from the District Office. 

Once we have received your application, it will be reviewed, and if you are a good fit for our school, we will contact you for an interview and/or to begin the background check process. Please feel free to direct any questions to Jessica Worden at jworden@mvsd.net or 570-434-8479.
